All visual and technical elements of the platform are owned by Zone Courses and legally protected.

Instructors retain intellectual property rights to their educational content while granting the platform a license to display it.
- The instructor is the original owner of their educational content
- Instructor grants the platform a non-exclusive license to display content
- Instructor may use their content outside the platform
- Platform may not modify content without instructor consent
- Upon contract termination, instructor regains all rights
Trainees receive a limited personal license to use educational content.
- Non-transferable personal license
- Use for personal educational purposes only
- Trainee may not redistribute content
- Content access tied to subscription status
- Certificates granted are verifiable but non-transferable
The following activities regarding platform content are strictly prohibited.
- Copying or downloading content through unauthorized means
- Sharing login credentials or account with others
- Reselling or distributing educational content
- Using screen recording software during courses
- Removing watermarks or copyright information
- Using content for commercial purposes without permission
We use advanced technologies to protect content from unauthorized use.
- Video encryption with DRM technology
- Hidden digital watermarks in content
- Automated monitoring for account sharing
- Device limit restrictions
- Tracking and preventing illegal downloads
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and provide a mechanism for reporting violations.
- Rights holders can report any violation
- We take action within 24 hours of reporting
- Infringing content removed upon verification
- Violating user notified of action taken
- Damaged party's right to compensation preserved
We deal seriously with any intellectual property rights violation.
- First warning: Official warning to user
- Second warning: Temporary account suspension
- Third warning: Permanent account closure
- Serious violations: Immediate legal action
- No refunds in case of closure due to violation
Content on the platform may include materials licensed from third parties.
- Images and graphics from licensed sources
- Software libraries under their original licenses
- Music and sound effects licensed for use
- Mentioned trademarks belong to their owners
- External website links do not imply endorsement of their content
